Big output

A single potassium sulate products more than 30 tons reactor furnace adopts independent type reactor, support between thermalinsulation wallaccording to the structure of the reactor with refractory reactor in turn divided into roof, furace wal, furnace bottom thre heated parts, makes thehot area of the furnace body greatly increased, improve the utilization rate of the heat. The heat from the eneroy-saving coa-fired furnace passesuccesively through the top,wall and bottom of the furnace, so that the heat is absorbed by the reactor as far as possible, and the reaction amountof raw materials in the furnace body is improved so that the output is greatly increased.

Low consumption of natural gas

Due to the structure and material of the reactor, the heat utilizaton rate is greatly increased, so the consumption of natural gas is greatly reduced.

Low power consumption

Two reactors share a set of auxiliary equipment, a set of absorption device equipment configuration, so that the power consumption is greatlyreduced. The production unit of each two reactors consumes about 230kW/ h of electricity (excluding backup equipment).

Hydrochloric acid absorption efficiency is high

The suction pipe between the reactor and the absorption equipment is made of high temperature and corrosion resistant material, which has a long service life and reduces the number otmaintenance and cleaning.

Adopt energy saving and environmental protection system

Due to the heating characteristics of the reactor, the temperature in the furnace is high, the combustion process is easy to produce a large number otnitrogen oxide, resulting in environmental protection exceeding the standard, the system can use a new energy-saving circulation flue gas combus-tion nozzle system, which greatly reduces the emission of waste gas and saves natural gas.

Stable production, easy to operate

The reactor is made of special materials, with simple and strong structure, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal stability andgood thermal conductivity, and simpl operation, maintenance rate s very low. The service ife of the strring system in the turnace is about 2 yearswhich greatly reduces the maintenance cost and extends the production cycle.
